I see a Blood Moon rising

Today was an interesting day. I have a terrible sore throat, post nasal drainage is a fucking bitch!!!!!! Just saying. I can barely swallow my oatmeal, even eating a smoothie was rough. I am doing the elderberry syrup thing, and hella probiotics. I came up with a recipe for some antiseptic throat oil ( I will post the recipe on the site ) that has worked wonders... hehe , sorry not sorry, pun intended.

Day 21 sans sugar, and you know what? I’ll tell you, everything that I don’t make for myself at home is WAY too sweet. From sandwiches to granola, even Mac and Cheese!!! No more Kraft for this lady (Sorry to the cheesiest ) . I also find with this throat thing, that eggs are perfect food. According to Dr.Axe, who happens to be one of my personal favorite doctors, states on his website that the lowdown is this “You can buy eggs laid by free-range hens (allowed to roam, wander, perch and have a good quality of life), or by cage-raised hens (unable to move or engage in normal activity). Caged hens can’t lie down, stand up, groom themselves or flap their wings. They’re held in cages averaging about 67 square inches of space and usually surrounded by manure pits and infestations of maggots, flies and other insects carrying disease.

Time and time again, the differences between cage-raised and free-range eggs have been apparent. Free-range eggs contain:

• ⅓ less cholesterol

• ¼ less saturated fat

• ⅔ more vitamin A

• 2 times more omega-3

• 3 times more vitamin E

• 7 times more beta-carotene

Not only do these eggs clearly win in the nutrition category, but free-range eggs are 98 percent less likely to carry salmonella! It’s no surprise, considering how cage-raised hens are expected to live.”

Those are pretty important facts to people who eat eggs. I am lucky enough to have a friends’ mother that has chickens, so I eat all the cafe free non-Baby chicks I can, for those of you not so lucky there are plenty of options.

Today was also Martin Luther King Jr. Birthday!!! Yay for Civil Rights!!! As well as the Leo Full Moon.

The moon was enlightening as always and a friend and I pulled together and did a candle ritual that proved to be a more than epic experience. I feel better than ever about going forward and obtaining my therapy license. I am also not as scared as I was before today. Positive vibes all the way, that mixed with hard work a creativity should bring me closer to my destiny sooner than I thought was possible.

Follow your dreams... trust me you are strong enough.

Be Well ♥️ Wonder
