So many times I have to stop myself, and really look in word to deal with difficult situations and difficult people. I have learned to be patient and tolerant,But it was not easy and it continues to be a challenge daily. I choose to do this one day at a time, and remind myself that kindness and compassion can alleviate any messed up, and help me actualize The life I want to live.
